You should ask this question in tandem with the first, because how you choose to serve the food is going to depend upon how many staff members you’re going to have on hand. If you’re low on staff, then a buffet may be the best idea. If plenty of people are available, then consider a formal sit-down dinner.
3. Do You Have Any Flatware and Linen Recommendations?
Unless you’ve hired a party planner, the decoration of the event is going to be your concern. That doesn’t mean, however, that you’re totally on your own. Your caterer may not provide linens and flatware, but a good caterer has a lot of contacts in related businesses.
